Perrin DesPortes is one of the Co-Founders of Polaris Healthcare Partners. He attended Washington & Lee University for undergrad and earned his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Perrin has over 25 years of experience in the business side of dentistry.
About me
Perrin DesPortes is one of the Co-Founders of Polaris Healthcare Partners. He attended Washington & Lee University for undergrad and earned his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Perrin has over 25 years of experience in the business side of dentistry, having started as a 4th generation family member of Thompson Dental Company, then as a General Manager of 15 years with Patterson Dental Supply where he ran three different businesses for them. In 2017, he left Patterson and along with two others launched TUSK Partners. In 2021, he and Diwakar Sinha departed to launch Polaris. Perrin is happily married and has an 8 year-old daughter at home. In his spare time, he is an avid cyclist and tennis player; enjoys cooking and reading; and loves good red wine and strong coffee.

I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and later moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend college. I graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in 2013. Shortly after graduation I started a private practice in the Columbus area. Vu Le, DDS is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He holds two patents for the VPR, a groundbreaking lighting system for smartphone cameras. He is a longtime member of the online printing community. The Vubase and several other techniques used by dentists around the world.

Dr. Melissa Siebert
Dr. Melissa Seibert is the creator and host of the top dental podcast, Dental Digest. The podcast is in the top 1% of all podcasts globally and has won most educational podcast in dentistry two years in a row. The podcast has the mission of enabling dentists to stay on the cutting edge of evidence based dentistry. She was recently awarded top 40 Under 40 dentists in America by Incisal Edge magazine. She is in her third year of an AEGD with the Air Force. She is a KOL and consultant for multiple companies involved in restorative dentistry, adhesive dentistry, digital dentistry and prevention.
